Registration fees:

If the library user wishes to claim entitlement for a reduction at the time of registration, he/she must provide a certified document proving entitlement.

Registration fees at the main library:

Registration fees without discounts:

• Annual registration fee for persons over 18 years of age with an income of their own: HUF 2,400
• Half-yearly registration fee for persons over 18 years of age with an income of their own: HUF 1,200
• Amounts of reduced registration fees:
• Family membership (for at least three family members living in the same household): HUF 3,000
• Annual registration fee for students over 16 years of age with a student card: HUF 1,200
• Half-yearly registration fee for students over 16 years of age with a student card: HUF 600
• Annual registration fee for retirees, persons on Child Care Allowance and Child Care Benefit, unemployed persons: HUF 1,200
• Half-yearly registration fee for retirees, persons on Child Care Allowance and Child Care Benefit, unemployed persons: HUF 600
• Day ticket for occasional users of the library services subject to registration: HUF 300

Registration fees at branch libraries:

• Annual registration fee for persons over 18 years of age with an income of their own: HUF 500
• Annual registration fee for students over 16 years of age with a student card: HUF 250
• Annual registration fee for retirees, persons on Child Care Allowance and Child Care Benefit, unemployed persons: HUF 250
• Complex registration fee (central library + branch libraries combined)
• Amounts of enrolment fees without discounts:
• Annual registration fee for persons over 18 years of age with an income of their own: HUF 3,000
• Half-yearly registration fee for persons over 18 years of age with an income of their own: HUF 1,500

Membership is free at both the main library and the branch libraries:

• under 16 years of age - under Article 56 (6) of Act CXL of 1997
• persons over 70 years of age - severely disabled persons and persons with disabilities under Article 56 (6) of Act CXL of 1997
• employees of libraries and public collections under Government Decree 6/2001 (17th Jan)
• Membership is free at the Library Spot Agóra and the library service outlets in Kádárta and Gyulafirátót, but service and late fees must be paid at these locations as well.

Library Friend's membership card:

• Annual (12-month) registration fee: 5,000 HUF
• The library friend reader's card entitles its holder to the same services as the registration fee; by purchasing it, the library member can express his/her commitment and support for the library.
